Q2: DO YOU TEST ALL YOUR GOODS BEFORE DELIVERY?
A2: Yes, we have a 100% test before delivery.
Q3: WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?
A: Usually, we accept bank T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
Q4: DO YOU ACCEPT OEM?
A: Yes. All sizes can be customized. The logo can be made as per your request
Q5: CAN YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?
A: Yes, but the sample fee and freight will be paid by your company.
Q6: WHAT'S YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
A: About 10-15 days for samples, 10-15 days for mass production.
Q7: HOW TO ARRANGE DELIVERY?
A: If you have a forwarder in China, we can send you the goods through your forwarder you have no forwarder in China, we arrange the delivery directly from the factory by international express, by air, and by sea; it's up to you.
Q8: WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PACKING?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in a neutral carton on a pallet.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: After you send us the product drawing (including material), we can give you the quotation within 1 day.
