What is a tungsten contact?

 

Tungsten contact is a key component in switch electrical appliances, used to achieve reliable connection and disconnection of circuits. Due to its high melting point (3422℃), high hardness, excellent arc erosion resistance, and low contact resistance, tungsten contacts are widely used in smart home relays, car horns, motorcycle horns, and other scenarios.

 

Tungsten contacts are mainly divided into two categories:
1. Pure Tungsten Contact: Made of high-purity tungsten (≥99.95%), it has extremely high-temperature resistance and wear resistance.
