1. 3. Yoke and armature: DT4E electric pure iron is used, the precision stamping size tolerance is ±0.02mm, the nickel-plated layer is corrosion-resistant, the automatic detection pass rate is ≥99.8%, and the low hysteresis loss is suitable for mainstream meter standards.
4. Red copper braided wire: high conductivity (≥58MS/m), resistance welding and pressing process make the pulling force ≥500N, contact resistance ≤0.2mΩ, vibration and high-temperature resistance, suitable for automated production, efficiency increased by 30%.
