Ultra-high thermal/electrical conductivity, low thermal expansion, and unmatched stability in extreme environments (up to 2000°C), make them ideal for critical applications requiring precision and durability. Manufactured via powder metallurgy—powder pressing, sintering (1400–1600°C to achieve ≥98% density), and precision machining (grinding/polishing) to tight tolerances (dimensional accuracy ±0.01mm, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm). Post-processing includes ultrasonic cleaning or optional coatings (e.g., gold plating) to enhance corrosion resistance or electrical contact performance. Unrivaled arc resistance for electrical switching, high-temperature structural integrity for furnace components, and chemical inertness in harsh media.
