Welding silver contact product series and process parameters

 

1. Welding Silver contact types
(1). Square Silver Contact: dimensional accuracy ±0.02mm, thickness 0.3-5mm, suitable for high current circuit breakers.
(2). Disc Silver Contact: diameter 1-20mm, surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm, used for micro relays.

(3). Silver Tin Oxide Soldering Silver Contacts: They offer good wear-resistant performance with a hardness ranging from approximately 80 to 120HV. 
(4). Convex Silver Contact: convex point height 0.1-0.5mm, adjustable contact pressure, improves arc extinguishing efficiency.
