Applications
Low-voltage circuit breaker
Molded case circuit breaker (MCCB): φ8mm AgSnO₂ contact assembly is used for 250A circuit breakers, with a breaking capacity of 10kA, and passed the short-circuit test;
Miniature circuit breaker (MCB): φ5mm pure silver contacts support 6kA breaking, suitable for small circuit breakers, life ≥ 10,000 operations.
AC contactor
Industrial motor control: AgNi10 contact components are used for contactors, support 220V/380V voltage, and withstand 1,200 times/hour switching frequency;
New energy charging pile: High temperature-resistant brazing components (temperature resistant 260℃) are used for DC pile contractors.
Smart switches and relays
Smart home switches: φ3mm micro silver contacts (Ra≤0.4μm) for smart wall switches, contact resistance ≤3mΩ, support a touch life of millions of times;
