Welding Quality
Resistance welding and high-frequency welding processes achieve zero-porosity welding for the Welding Button Contact. The tensile strength of silver brazed components is ≥200MPa, with no cracks or detachment at the weld joints. The heat-affected zone is strictly controlled within standard limits, without affecting the performance of the substrate.
