Resistance welding and high-frequency welding processes achieve zero-porosity welding for the Welding Button Contact. The tensile strength of silver brazed components is ≥200MPa, with no cracks or detachment at the weld joints. The heat-affected zone is strictly controlled within standard limits, without affecting the performance of the substrate.

Integrated components use red copper/brass terminals, which are firmly welded to silver contacts. The terminals have strong compatibility and can be directly connected to equipment assembly requirements, reducing secondary processing steps for customers.
