Products Description

Silver Solder Sheets are precision soldering materials designed for high-end electrical connections. Available in flat, disc, or sheet forms, they provide standardized, high-performance solutions for a wide range of contact soldering applications. Designed to meet the reliable connection requirements of industrial environments, these sheets are widely used in circuit breakers, relays, contactors, switches, and other critical equipment requiring stable electrical performance. Our silver solder contact sheets utilize optimized alloy formulations and precision manufacturing processes to ensure superior conductivity, mechanical strength, and environmental resistance in every soldering operation. Unlike traditional solder forms, this pre-formed sheet design greatly facilitates automated production and precision assembly, while ensuring consistent and stable solder quality.
Advantages of Materials Science
High-Purity Silver-Based Alloy
Utilizing a special alloy with precisely controlled silver content, it optimizes fluidity and wettability while ensuring excellent electrical conductivity, guaranteeing a uniform and dense metallurgical bond at the weld interface for Elecricity Buttons .
Trace Element Engineering
The addition of precisely measured trace elements (such as copper, zinc, and tin) significantly improves the alloy's mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, and weld process window for Welded Contacts.
Hazardous Substance-Free Design
Strictly adhering to international environmental standards, it contains no harmful elements such as cadmium and lead, and complies with RoHS, REACH, and other environmental directives for Silver Contact Welding.

Technical Features
Anti-Soldering Design
By adding indium (In) or bismuth (Bi), the tendency for contact fusion welding is reduced, making it suitable for applications prone to arcing, such as DC contactors and high-voltage switches for Contact Tip Welding.
Arch Erosion Resistance
The addition of nickel (Ni) forms a dense oxide layer, delaying arc erosion of the contact surface and extending contact life by 3-5 times compared to pure silver contacts for Silver Contact Welding.
Low-Temperature Welding Compatibility
A low-melting-point silver-copper alloy (melting point ≤650℃) has been developed, compatible with lead-free brazing processes and meeting EU RoHS environmental standards for Welded Contacts.

Design Advantages and Details
Refined Surface Treatment
Our Elecricity Buttons undergo refined surface treatments, such as gold or silver plating, to further enhance their corrosion resistance and contact performance. These surface treatments not only improve the product's aesthetics but also enhance soldering performance and durability.
High Stability
The Welded Contacts are designed with the long-term stability of the electrical system in mind. Their high stability ensures that the solder joints maintain excellent performance even after prolonged operation, resisting oxidation and detachment.
Multifunctional Design
To meet diverse application needs, Silver Contact Welding can be designed with different functional modes, such as adding solder grooves or recessed contacts. This design flexibility and versatility allows them to meet the complex needs of customers in various industries.
