The Aluminium CNC Turning is a 2ml chromatography sample vial rack (24-position structure) made of AL6061 aluminum alloy. The overall structure is formed using CNC turning as the core process, combined with multi-axis precision milling. The surface is sandblasted and then subjected to black hard anodizing (50μm film thickness). This product is primarily used in chromatography analysis systems in medical and laboratory settings, where high requirements are placed on dimensional consistency, well position accuracy, structural stability, and surface corrosion resistance.
