Custom Processing Flow
Drawing Evaluation and Sample Stage
After the customer provides PDF/CAD/3D drawings for brass CNC machining parts, our company conducts a feasibility study and price assessment. Once the price is confirmed, the customer places a sample order and prepays 50% of the mold fee. Our company then initiates mold manufacturing and provides 1-20 free samples for testing and verification.
Mold Confirmation and Mass Production Start
After the Brass CNC Milling sample passes testing, the customer pays the remaining 50% of the mold fee. Subsequently, the customer places a mass production order and prepays 30% of the payment. Our company assesses the delivery date and arranges the production schedule.
Mass Delivery and Shipment Arrangements
After Brass Rolling Mill production is completed, our company provides a packing list for customer confirmation and notifies them to pay the remaining 70% of the payment. Upon receipt of payment, we arrange shipment and delivery according to the customer's specified method.
