Surface Treatment

Finally, surface treatment processes such as galvanizing and chromium plating are applied to enhance the corrosion resistance of the Step Double-End Stud. A dense protective film forms on the bolt surface, effectively isolating it from air, moisture, acids, and alkalis. This allows the bolt to adapt to various harsh working environments, including high-temperature, humid, dusty, or corrosive settings, extending its service life while preserving its appearance and functionality.
