Dimensional Control
Equipped with a high-precision coordinate measuring machine, daily random checks of work-in-process are conducted, with a focus on monitoring core assembly for Relay Core Cold Heading dimensions to ensure that the critical dimension CPK ≥ 1.67, achieving stable control over dimensional accuracy and meeting the precision assembly requirements of relays.
Surface Quality Control
Through multiple polishing and cleaning processes, surface roughness is strictly controlled to Ra ≤ 0.8μm. Combined with an automatic CCD inspection and sorting machine, Pure Iron Cores with defects such as cracks and burrs are accurately identified and rejected, ensuring the core's magnetic conductivity efficiency and assembly safety.
Weight Control
Equipped with an automatic weighing and sorting system, the weight of individual Coil Soft Iron Cores is monitored in real time, controlling the weight tolerance within ±0.5%, avoiding the impact of weight deviation on the consistency of relay engagement force.
