Riveted Silver Electrical Contacts

Riveted Silver Electrical Contacts are moving spring riveting assemblies developed for T90 general-purpose relays and high-reliability switching systems. They integrate beryllium copper springs, silver contacts, and armatures with high precision, forming a directly assembleable functional module. This solution ensures low contact resistance and arc resistance in the contact area while achieving a high degree of synergy between elastic drive and magnetic attraction, making it suitable for new energy, battery systems, and industrial control relay platforms.

 

Three-in-One In-Die Riveting Process

 

Beryllium Copper Moving Spring Stamping

Utilizing high-precision continuous die stamping equipment, ultra-thin BeCu strips of 0.05-0.3mm are stamped, achieving a dimensional accuracy of ±0.01mm. This effectively prevents cracking and deformation of the strip during stamping, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and shape stability of the In-Mold Riveting Components.

 

Automatic Silver Contact Riveting

Automated riveting equipment precisely rivets silver contacts to designated positions on the stamped beryllium copper moving spring. This process achieves a low-resistance connection, ensuring stable current transmission between contacts and reducing the impact of contact resistance on system performance for In-Die Electrical Riveting Contacts.

 

Armature Stamped Component Precision Assembly
