Products Description

Electrical contact rivets for socket is core conductive components used in high-end power sockets, industrial connectors, and precision relays. Typically precision-manufactured from a single piece of silver alloy, they serve as critical contacts for current conversion and transmission, addressing issues of contact resistance, arc erosion, and temperature rise under high-current loads. They are a core component ensuring the long-term safety and stability of electrical connection systems. They abandon traditional composite riveting processes, employing a single (integral) silver alloy construction.
Production Process
Raw Material Procurement and Inspection
Procure standard-compliant silver alloy wire for Silver nickel solid contact. Upon arrival at the factory, test the material composition, purity, hardness, and conductivity to ensure raw material quality meets standards.
Process Planning and Cold Heading
Develop cold heading mold plans and adjust equipment parameters for Silver cadmium oxide solid contact. Cold head the wire to form rivets, controlling dimensional accuracy to ensure a burr-free and deformation-free appearance.
Surface Treatment and Cleaning
Polish to remove burrs, ultrasonically clean and dry to maintain a clean, oxidation-free surface and improve initial contact performance for Silver zinc oxide solid contact.
Performance Testing and Full Inspection
Sampling for electrical and mechanical performance testing; full inspection of appearance and dimensions to ensure product compliance with standards, rejecting defective products.

Product Advantages
Adaptability Advantages
Single material of Silver tin oxide solid contact suitable for multiple scenarios; customizable size and material; compatible with automated assembly; adaptable to the standardized and customized needs of high-end relays, precision switches, and other equipment.
Quality Advantages
Homogeneous material free of impurities; high molding precision; excellent batch consistency; passes rigorous electrical and mechanical testing; meets international standards; suitable for global high-end equipment procurement of Silver alloys contact.
Value Advantages
Although the initial cost is higher than composite contacts, the overall maintenance cost and failure rate of Silver electrical contacts are low, resulting in high cost-effectiveness and meeting the long-term reliable operation requirements of high-end equipment.

Detailed Display
Head Spherical Surface
Under magnification, the Silver nickel solid contact surface is not perfectly flat but has a finely spherical curvature, with a radius typically 2-5 times the head diameter. This design ensures that the contacts first make contact at the highest point when closed, and then pressure expands the contact area.
Tail Rivet Chamfer
The outer edge of the riveted end has a slight chamfer to facilitate insertion into the contact hole and prevent contact misalignment due to misalignment during riveting for Silver cadmium oxide solid contact.
Surface Finish
The cold-forged surface should exhibit a uniform metallic luster, free from oxidation discoloration and oil contamination. Silver zinc oxide solid contacts are prone to slow sulfidation and discoloration in air, which is normal; however, there should be no black or dark yellow oxide layer.
