Products Description

Welded Brass Socket Contacts are critical connection components designed specifically for high-end automotive electronic battery systems. Through advanced welding processes, highly conductive silver points are precisely welded to high-strength automotive bolts, ensuring ultimate reliability under high-current delivery and harsh vibration environments.
Material Structure
Silver Contact Material
Silver possesses extremely high electrical conductivity and excellent arc resistance, making it widely used in electrical contact applications. Its low contact resistance reduces heat generation and improves electrical system stability for Precision Welding for Brass Parts.
Copper Alloy Machined Bolts
The bolt portion is typically machined from high-strength copper alloy materials, possessing both good conductivity and mechanical strength for Brass Switch Contact Welding.
Weld Interface Stability
Through specialized welding processes, a stable metallurgical bond is formed between the contacts and structural components, preventing loosening during long-term use for Welded Brass Terminal Assemblies.

Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Preparation and Inspection
High-precision copper alloy rods (CuZn30 and CuZn37) and silver materials (AgCuO10/AgSnO2) are selected. Before warehousing, the chemical composition is tested using a spectrometer, and the copper alloy conductivity is simultaneously tested to be ≥28% IACS, and the silver material purity is ≥99.9%.
01
CNC Turning
A high-precision CNC lathe, equipped with customized fixtures and cutting tools, is used to perform integrated turning of the copper alloy rods. The machining accuracy is controlled within ±0.005mm, accurately completing the bolt outer diameter, length, thread, and other structural features without secondary machining for Brass Relay Pin Welding.
02
Contact Pretreatment
Before welding the silver contacts, professional surface cleaning and activation treatment is performed to thoroughly remove surface oil, oxide layers, and impurities. After treatment, the contact surface finish reaches Ra≤0.8μm, significantly improving subsequent welding bonding strength and ensuring welding stability for Welded Brass Terminal Assemblies.
03
Welding Assembly
A stable and reliable welding process is adopted to precisely align the pre-treated silver contacts with the machined bolts. The welding temperature is strictly controlled at 800-850℃ to ensure a tight bond between the two, without loosening or incomplete welding, thus guaranteeing stable conductivity for Brass Switch Contact Welding.
04

Packaging Method
For large and special-sized Precision Welding for Brass Parts, a four-layer protective packaging system is adopted. The inner layer is made of pearl cotton, which is individually wrapped and fits the contour of the product tightly; the middle layer is sealed with a high-strength outer carton to enhance the overall protective rigidity; the outer layer is equipped with a standard pallet for easy forklift loading and unloading and bulk stacking; finally, a moisture-proof film is wrapped around the Brass Switch Contact Welding and reinforced with cable ties to isolate moisture and dust, while preventing the packaging from loosening and ensuring that the product is delivered to the customer intact.
