Electrical Contact Welding

Electrical Contact Welding is specifically designed for the core conductive and disconnecting components in electrical equipment. It is suitable for flat, circular, and planar silver contact structures and forms a reliable connection with copper-based terminals or conductive components through welding. It is widely used in new energy high-voltage DC contactors, circuit breakers, industrial relays, automation control equipment, and smart power systems.

Detailed Specifications

Dimensional Accuracy Control

Silver Tin Oxide Contact dimensions have a tolerance of ±0.02mm, disc contact surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm, and convex contact height accuracy ±0.01mm. All contacts undergo full inspection using precision testing equipment to ensure assembly compatibility.

01

Weld Quality

Resistance welding and high-frequency welding welds are smooth and burr-free, with a porosity <0.5%. Silver brazing welds are full and dense, with a stable tensile strength ≥200MPa and no oxidation discoloration for Welding Button Contact.

02

Material Uniformity

The internal AgSnO2 Based Contacts undergoes nanoscale composite treatment, resulting in no component segregation and a uniform surface color. Metallographic analysis verifies the dense crystal structure, ensuring stable conductivity and arc resistance.

03

Terminal Adaptation

The integrated component's red copper/brass terminals are firmly welded to the silver contacts. The terminal dimensions are precise, allowing for direct equipment assembly without secondary processing.

Material Innovation

Inner Oxide Silver Alloy Through a unique high-temperature oxidation process, the Silver Contact Welding matrix and CdO/SnO2 are uniformly composited at the nanoscale. This innovative process increases the crystal density by 30%, achieves an electrical conductivity ≥42MS/m, and a hardness HV of 80-100, significantly superior to traditional powder metallurgy products.
Arc Erosion Resistance AgSnO2(12) (AgSnO2 Based Contacts) exhibits excellent performance under high current conditions. In current environments above 20A, the arc burn-out rate is reduced by 50%, and the contact resistance remains stable below 0.5mΩ, effectively ensuring the stability and reliability of the Welding Button Contact under long-term high-current operation.

Finished Product Performance Testing

Welding Strength Test

Verified through shear tests, the AgSnO2 Based Contacts joints is no less than 50N, and that of silver-bonded joints is no less than 120N.

Interface Integrity Inspection

The Silver Tin Oxide Contact is inspected using X-ray non-destructive testing to ensure that the porosity is less than 0.5%.

Electrical Performance Verification

Welding Button Contact is measured by sampling, and electrical life and arc resistance tests can be performed under simulated operating conditions.
