Armature Body
The Relay Armature Plate is a flat or U-shaped structure with uniform thickness and a central riveting hole or positioning boss for assembly with the moving contact assembly.
Magnetic Contact Surface
The bottom surface of the Soft Magnetic Armature for EV Relay is the magnetic contact surface that mates with the yoke. The surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6μm ensures minimal air gap when the magnetic circuit is closed.
Terminal Lead-Out Section
Conductive terminals extend from both sides of the Relay Terminal Armature. The terminal heads are equipped with connection holes (round or oblong) for crimping terminals or bolt connections.
Insulation Structure
A flanged insulating wall or ceramic/plastic isolator is installed between the armature and the terminal to form effective electrical isolation.
