Deep Drawing Process
Using deep drawing dies, planar materials are stretched to a deep depth without disrupting the continuity of the metal. Multi-Station Stamping

product customization process
Customers provide drawings in PDF, CAD, 3D for Cold-rolled carbon steel stampings or other formats, and our company will quickly complete the process and price assessment. After price confirmation, the customer places a sample order and prepays 50% of the mold fee. Our company immediately starts mold production and, upon completion, provides 1-20 free samples to the customer for testing. After the sample test is passed, the customer pays the remaining 50% of the mold fee and places a bulk order, while also prepaying 30% of the payment. Our company then assesses the delivery date and starts mass production. After the carbon steel stampings production is completed, our company provides a packing list. Once the customer pays the remaining 70% of the payment, we will deliver the goods to the customer's designated address.
