Products Description

The Metalized Ceramic Insulating Tubes Metalizating Ceramic Part is a highly reliable insulation and conductivity composite component developed for new energy high-voltage DC contactors. It adopts a ≥95% Al₂O₃ alumina metallized ceramic tube body, which is integrated with T2Y2 high-conductivity copper stationary contacts and high-strength alloy steel gaskets through vacuum brazing, achieving excellent electrical isolation capability, airtight performance and mechanical strength.
Material System and Performance Advantages
Alumina Ceramic Matrix
Utilizing engineering ceramic materials with an Al₂O₃ content ≥95%, impurity content is strictly controlled; possessing excellent dielectric strength and volume resistivity, suitable for high-voltage DC applications; high thermal stability, capable of withstanding rapid temperature changes; surface roughness controlled at Ra ≤0.8 μm, providing an ideal interface for metallization and brazing of Alumina Metallized Ceramics.
T2Y2 Copper Stationary Contact
Selected from high-purity electrolytic copper, offering excellent conductivity; suitable for high current loads and low temperature rise designs; Precision Metalized Ceramics surface can be silver-plated or nickel-plated as required to further reduce contact resistance.
Alloy Steel Gasket
Provides stable structural support and assembly tolerance compensation; maintains matching thermal expansion behavior with ceramic and copper materials during brazing thermal cycles; enhances the Alumina ceramic parts precision machining's vibration and impact resistance.

Precision Ceramic Forming and Sintering
Raw Material Preparation
High-purity, submicron-sized alumina powder is selected, combined with precisely metered sintering aids, and a highly uniform and dispersed slurry is obtained through ball milling for Metallized Alumina Ceramics for Electrical Components.
Forming Process
Depending on the complexity of the part shape, dry pressing (suitable for simple axisymmetric parts) or tape casting (suitable for thin, complex parts) is employed. Precision molds and pressure control ensure consistent Precision Metalized Ceramics dimensions, high density, and low defect rate.
High-Temperature Sintering
Final sintering for Alumina Metallized Ceramics is carried out under hydrogen atmosphere at approximately 1600-1650℃. This process achieves densification and grain growth of ceramic particles, obtaining the desired final mechanical strength, hardness, and microstructure. After sintering, precision grinding is performed to ensure that critical dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.05mm.

Detailed Showcase
Regarding delivery time, free Metallized Alumina Ceramics for Electrical Components samples can be completed and shipped within 1–2 days; new mold projects (including mold development and sample production) have a lead time of approximately 20–30 days; bulk orders generally have a lead time of 15–20 days after order confirmation and payment.
The packaging employs a multi-layered protective structure from the inside out. The inner layer uses independent EPE foam cushioning for fixation, followed by cardboard box packaging with moisture-proof treatment; the entire package is then secured with cardboard strapping, and finally packaged in a wooden crate to ensure the safety and integrity of the Alumina ceramic parts precision machining during transportation.
