The Relay core nickel plating with copper undercoat uses high-permeability silicon steel or low-carbon electrical steel as the base material. Through a copper undercoat + nickel plating composite surface treatment process, it significantly improves corrosion resistance, weldability, and service life while ensuring stable magnetic properties. Combined with hydrogen-protected continuous annealing and demagnetization processes and high-precision tungsten steel die stamping technology, it is a core component in the critical magnetic circuit structure of new energy vehicles.

Ultra-High Purity Control

Iron content ≥99.8%, with strict control over harmful impurity elements such as C, S, and P, and carbon content ≤0.004%. Extremely low impurity content is the physical basis for achieving low coercivity and high permeability, ensuring rapid response in magnetic field establishment and dissipation for Relay core cold heading.

 

Grain Orientation Optimization

Through special rolling and annealing processes, a uniform, equiaxed grain structure (grain size ASTM 7-8) is obtained. This structure effectively reduces hysteresis loss and increases magnetic flux density, enabling compact design for Pure Iron Core.
