Products Description
Our Electric Copper Contacts are monolithic (solid) copper contacts, also known as copper rivets. They are made from 99.99% pure electrolytic copper wire. Customers can choose between non-plated copper contacts, nickel-plated copper contacts for oxidation prevention, or silver-plated copper contacts for enhanced conductivity. These copper contacts are primarily used in mid - to - low-end relays, wall switches, and micro-switches. Compared to silver contacts, they offer significantly lower costs while maintaining reliable electrical performance.

Technical Highlights
Excellent Conductivity
Copper is an excellent conductor of electricity, and our Electric Copper Contacts fully utilize this property. Whether non-plated, nickel-plated, or silver-plated, they ensure efficient electrical transmission with minimal resistance.
Good Mechanical Properties
Made from high-purity copper wire, our Red Copper Contacts exhibit good mechanical strength and durability. They can withstand the mechanical stresses encountered during electrical operations, ensuring stable electrical connections over long-term use.
Surface Treatment Options
We offer different surface treatment options to meet diverse application requirements. Non-plated copper contacts provide a cost-effective solution for general applications with relatively mild environmental conditions. Nickel-plated copper contacts enhance oxidation resistance, extending the service life of the contacts.

Key Advantages
1. Superior Conductivity at Budget-Friendly Prices
Red Copper Excellence: Pure red copper offers conductivity close to silver (99% IACS vs. silver's 106% IACS) but at 1/5th the cost, making it ideal for applications where cost is a critical factor.
Solid Copper Silver Contact for Switch Design: Monolithic structure ensures uniform conductivity and mechanical strength (tensile strength >200MPa), passing 50,000+ insertion/extraction cycles without deformation.
2. Tailored Surface Treatments for Diverse Applications
| Treatment | Advantage | Application | Cost vs Silver Contacts |
| Unplated | Lowest cost, natural copper conductivity | Indoor wall switches, basic relays | 20% of silver contact cost |
| Nickel-Plated | 48+ hours of salt spray resistance | Outdoor sockets, automotive switches | 30% of silver contact cost |
| Silver-Plated | 5% conductivity boost, low signal loss | Microswitches, signal relays | 40% of silver contact cost |

Factory Strengths: Vertical Integration for Quality & Customization
1. End-to-End Manufacturing Control
Copper Processing: In-house copper wire drawing ensures 99.99% purity and precise diameter control (±0.005mm), eliminating the risk of purchased impurities.
Plating Expertise: Automated plating lines ensure uniform nickel/silver layers (thickness variation <5%), far superior to manual plating methods.
2. Flexible Customization
Geometry Options: Round, flat, or custom-shaped Copper Rivets (e.g., pointed tips for piercing connections) to fit your mold requirements.
Surface Treatment Choices: Customize plating thickness (e.g., 10μm nickel for extreme environments) or opt for tin plating upon request.
3. Rigorous Quality Assurance
3-Step Testing: Every batch is tested for conductivity (eddy current meter), plating adhesion (cross-cut test), and dimensional accuracy (calipers), with detailed reports provided.
Custom Certification: Support for customer-specific tests (IS09001-2015, IATF16949, ROHS, REACH).
