Silver Contacts are functional conductive components optimized through a surface silver plating process. They leverage the mechanical strength of substrates such as copper stud contacts, composite contacts, and triple-composite contacts, combined with the excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of silver, achieving a synergistic performance of "strong and tough substrate + high-efficiency surface." Their most significant feature is their appearance and texture, which closely resembles that of pure silver contacts, exhibiting a uniform and delicate bright silver luster without noticeable color differences or imperfections.

Precise Coating Control Technology

Adopting an advanced coating thickness control system, the silver plating layer is precisely controlled within the optimal range of 3-5μm, balancing conductivity, cost, and wear resistance. Real-time monitoring via X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy ensures uniform coating thickness for each batch of Bimetal Contacts with Silver Plated, guaranteeing consistent product performance.

 

High Adhesion Coating Process

Optimized pretreatment and silver plating parameters, along with substrate activation and pre-nickel plating transition processes, enhance coating adhesion. Production Process

Substrate Selection and Pretreatment

Post-processing and Refinement
