Silver Contact and Stamping is a moving reed assembly solution specifically designed for the T90 general-purpose relay structure. Its core structure consists of beryllium copper precision stamped parts, armature structural parts, and highly reliable silver contact riveting assemblies. This assembly performs critical functions such as current conduction, contact closure, and rapid rebound during relay operation, requiring extremely high material stability, elastic recovery capability, and contact reliability.

Continuous Die Stamping

The pre-treated beryllium copper strip is fed into a high-precision continuous die stamping machine. Precise stamping parameters are set to achieve a dimensional accuracy of ±0.01mm. An intelligent feeding system automatically corrects material strip deviations of ±0.01mm, continuously completing the stamping of the moving spring. Beryllium Copper Aging Heat Treatment
