Production Process
Pre-Commissioning & Trial Stamping Optimization of Molds
Before each batch of Relay Core Yoke Assembly production, full-parameter pre-commissioning is carried out on the stamping molds to accurately calibrate blanking clearance, bending angle and positioning accuracy. Small-batch trial stamping is adopted to inspect product dimensions and forming status. For minor deviations detected during trial stamping, mold parameters are optimized in real time to avoid dimensional deviation, edge burrs and other defects in mass production, so as to control production consistency from the source.
In-line Shaping & Cleaning in Intermediate Processes
An in-line shaping and cleaning process is added between stamping and heat treatment. Precise shaping tooling is used to conduct secondary fine adjustment on key parts of the Magnetic Circuit Yoke for Relay, eliminating minor deformation generated during stamping. Meanwhile, an environment-friendly cleaning process is applied to remove oil contamination, iron scraps and oxide dust from the product surface, preventing impurities from affecting subsequent heat treatment effect and surface coating adhesion.
Aging Stabilization Treatment of Finished Products
After surface treatment, aging stabilization treatment is performed on the Relay Stator Yoke. Through constant-temperature standing and gradient cooling processes, internal residual stress of the product is released to stabilize the magnetic properties and dimensional accuracy of the material. This effectively avoids deformation and permeability fluctuation caused by stress release during long-term storage, transportation, or assembly, ensuring long-term stability of the relay magnetic circuit.

Fully Enclosed Dust-Free Environment Control: The workshop adopts a positive-pressure dust-free design and is equipped with a multi-stage air filtration system, which effectively controls the concentration of dust, metal chips and impurities.
