1. High temperature and high-pressure test: performance is not affected by high temperature

One of the most important features of Tungsten Contacts for AC Contactor is its high-temperature resistance. In electrical equipment, frequent switching operations easily generate a lot of heat, which places extremely high demands on the temperature resistance of contact materials. In order to test the stability of tungsten contacts in high-temperature environments, we put the products in a high-temperature furnace over 1000°C for long-term operation to simulate the working environment under high-temperature conditions.

The test results show that AC Contactor Tungsten Contact Points still maintain excellent conductivity and mechanical strength under continuous high temperatures, without any deformation, breakage, or decrease in conductivity. This shows that tungsten contacts can still maintain long-term stable electrical performance in high-temperature environments, greatly improving the reliability of electrical systems and reducing equipment failures caused by overheating.

2. Arc tolerance test: effectively avoid arc damage

The generation of arcs is an inevitable phenomenon in the start-stop process of electrical switching equipment. Arcs not only damage contact materials but may also cause equipment failures or safety hazards. In order to verify the arc resistance of Tungsten Contacts for the Electrical Contractor, we simulated the start-stop process of electrical switches and conducted multiple arc generation tests.

AC Contactor Tungsten Contact Points showed extremely strong arc resistance during the test. Even under frequent switching operations, tungsten contacts can quickly extinguish arcs, avoiding contact damage caused by arcs. The test results show that the arc tolerance of tungsten contacts far exceeds that of other traditional contact materials, which can effectively extend the service life of equipment, reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacement, and further improve the safety of electrical equipment.

3. Repeated impact test: strong wear resistance

Iron Tungsten Rivets for AC Contactor products not only need to work stably in high temperature and high voltage environments but also need to withstand mechanical shock and wear, especially in electrical switches that are frequently started and stopped. In order to test the wear resistance of tungsten contacts, we conducted repeated impact tests, placing tungsten contacts in a high-frequency switching environment to simulate the shock and wear that they may encounter during long-term use.

The test results show that Tungsten Electrical Contacts for AC Contactor can still maintain good contact performance under long-term repeated impacts, and there are almost no signs of wear on the surface. Compared with traditional contacts, tungsten contacts have greatly enhanced wear resistance, which means that the product can maintain a longer service life in actual applications, reducing replacement and maintenance costs.

4. High-load bearing capacity test: ensure stable operation of electrical systems

In electrical systems, contacts need to carry a large amount of current and conduct stably. In order to ensure that Tungsten Contacts for AC Contactor can withstand high current loads, we conducted high-load tests to expose tungsten contacts to ultra-high currents to test whether they can maintain stable electrical performance.

After long-term high-load operation, Tungsten Contacts for Electrical Contactor can still work stably under ultra-high current conditions, and the conductivity has not significantly decreased. This proves the excellent performance of tungsten contacts under high load conditions, making them an ideal choice for power equipment, industrial automation, and rail transportation.
