1. Mechanical treatment: Mechanical treatment is to process the brass surface by physical means to achieve the purpose of cleaning and changing the surface roughness. Common mechanical treatment methods include sandblasting, polishing, and brushing. Sandblasting can make the Relay Pin Brass Terminal surface form a uniform roughness and enhance its adhesion; polishing can remove surface defects and make the brass surface smoother; brushing can remove surface dirt and rust.


2. Chemical treatment: Chemical treatment affects the properties and appearance of the brass surface through chemical reactions. Chemical oxidation coloring forms an oxide film on the brass surface by chemical methods, giving it color and anti-corrosion properties; coating the protective layer is applying a layer of protective material, such as paint, plastic, etc., on the brass surface to improve its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. This treatment method can change the color and texture of the brass surface, and at the same time, enhance its protective performance.


3. Electrochemical treatment: Electrochemical treatment is to treat the brass surface using the principle of electrolysis. Common treatments include electroplating and anodizing. Electroplating is to deposit of depositing a metal film on the surface of brass to increase its hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance; anodizing is to form of forming an oxide film on the surface of brass through electrolysis to improve its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. This treatment method can make the brass surface have better protective performance and decorative properties. At the same time, different electrolytes and process parameters can be selected as needed to achieve precise control of the brass surface.
