Core Advantages

Electroplated silver contacts are key components for switching circuits in electrical equipment. Their performance directly determines the stability, safety, and service life of the equipment. Our contacts, relying on precision electroplating processes, high-quality base material selection, and strict quality control, far exceed the industry average in core indicators such as conductivity, corrosion resistance, and anti-welding properties. They have become the ideal choice for various low-voltage electrical appliances, switches, and relays.

Product Classification

Silver-Copper Composite Contacts (AgCu)

Electroplated Silver Contacts have good electrical conductivity. Its surface is not easy to oxidize. When copper (3% - 28%) is added to silver, it can greatly improve silver's resistance to burning loss. So contact materials with copper can be used for a current up to 16A.

Silver-Nickel/Copper Composite Contacts

This contact is widely used as an electrical contact in AC switches in low-voltage technology. Its advantage is that it can be welded to the contact bridge without additional solder. So it can make the preparation process of contact parts simple and economical.

02

Fine-Grained Silver/Copper Composite Contacts (FAg/Cu)

Silver electrical contacts are made by adding 0.15% nickel to pure silver as an additive. Its contact resistance is very low, similar to pure silver. And it almost does not change with the number of switching times. Its resistance to fusion welding and burning loss is slightly higher than that of pure silver.

03

Pure Silver Contacts (Ag)

Silver Contact has the highest electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, plasticity, and arc corrosion resistance. It also has very low contact resistance. It is easy to process and weld. So it is an ideal contact material for making continuous closed electrical connectors.

Application Scenarios

Silver-plated copper contacts, with their excellent performance, are widely used in various fields. We can provide corresponding products according to the characteristics of different industries to meet the special needs of various equipment.

1. Household Appliances: Silver electrical contacts in the microwave oven need to withstand a current of 10-15A, and the working environment is high temperature (the temperature near the contact can reach 80℃). We provide electroplated silver contacts with a silver layer thickness of 10-15μm and a copper-nickel-silicon alloy base material. The high-temperature resistance of the base material and the strong corrosion resistance of the silver layer ensure that the contactor works stably, avoiding the failure of the microwave oven to heat or even a short circuit due to poor contact.

2. Industrial Control: AC contactors used for motor control require their contacts to withstand currents of 20-50A and have an extremely high switching frequency. Frequent switching can cause wear on Silver electrical contacts and arc erosion. If the contacts perform poorly, they are prone to welding or poor contact, leading to motor shutdown and affecting production line operations
