The inherent advantages of brass provide a solid foundation for the high performance of stamped parts.

Firstly, brass possesses excellent thermal conductivity, enabling it to be processed into parts for various thermal applications, meeting the heat dissipation or conduction requirements of equipment.

Secondly, brass exhibits excellent ductility and toughness, allowing it to withstand significant plastic deformation during stamping, resulting in high-strength products and ensuring the durability of components.

Furthermore, parts manufactured using brass stamping processes possess excellent corrosion resistance, surface smoothness, and polishing effects, making them suitable for use as highly decorative components, balancing practicality and aesthetics.

In addition, brass stamped parts have good recyclability; at the end of their service life, they can be recycled and reshaped into new product forms, aligning with the current green and environmentally friendly industrial development philosophy.

Moreover, thanks to copper's good electrical conductivity, brass is also suitable for stamping lighting equipment and various electrical components, contributing to the stable operation of electrical connection systems.

Production process

Blanking is one of the fundamental processes in copper stamping, primarily used to cut brass parts into the required shapes. The hole diameter and the distance from the edge to the hole are key parameters affecting the part's precision. During blanking, it is crucial to prevent burr formation to avoid extended delivery cycles and increased costs associated with secondary processing.

The perforation process is used for copper stamping parts with small holes, cuts, or grooves in the main design, and falls under the category of precision forming processes. In actual production, the blanking and punching processes can be completed in the same workflow, effectively improving the processing efficiency of the stamping copper sheet.

Deep drawing is a core process in Metal Stamping Parts Electric Copper. This process requires forcefully drawing a brass billet through a die of a specific shape to obtain a part with a specific cavity structure. The depth of deep drawing can be flexibly adjusted according to the cavity depth, and is divided into two types: shallow deep drawing and deep deep drawing, to meet the structural requirements of different Copper Sheet Stamping products.

Bending is a crucial process for achieving diverse shapes in brass parts. During operation, the brass part is first fixed, leaving a certain protrusion. A piston then applies force to this protrusion to complete the bending process. Typically, bending should be performed after the stretching process; reversing this order can easily lead to deformation of the Electrical Copper Stamping Parts.

Several key process considerations must be followed during bending: the corner radius should be at least half the thickness of the brass sheet; minimize sharp angles and complex cuts to reduce the probability of burr formation; avoid bending near holes to prevent hole deformation; and the width of protrusions and notches should be approximately one and a half times the thickness of the brass.

Common brass bending methods include air bending, stamping, and undercutting. Air bending uses a V-shaped die to bend brass parts with a thickness less than the gap between the punch and the die cavity. Stamping and undercutting are specialized bending processes that require applying significant force within a tight die cavity to complete the shaping, suitable for processing customized Copper Stamping products.
