Relay structure
The relay is mainly composed of an electromagnetic system, a contact system, and a release spring. When the relay's input quantity changes, the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic system will also change, thereby driving the closing and disconnection of the contact system to achieve circuit control. Relays generally have two circuits: the control circuit and the working circuit.
1. Electromagnetic system
The electromagnetic system is the core part of the relay, which mainly includes an Electrician Pure Iron Core, coil, and Relay Coil Yoke. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated, and the magnitude of the magnetic field is proportional to the square of the current. The function of the iron core and iron yoke is to strengthen the magnetic field and improve the relay's action sensitivity.

2. Contact system
The contact system is the executive part of the relay, which mainly includes moving contacts and static contacts. When the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic system reaches a certain value, the magnetic field force will overcome the elastic force of the release spring, so that the Moving Silver Contact and the Static Silver Contact are closed, thereby realizing the connection of the circuit; when the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, and the elastic force of the release spring will disconnect the moving contact and the static contact, thereby realizing the disconnection of the circuit.
The static contact in the disconnected state, when the relay coil is not energized, is called a "normally open contact"; the static contact in the connected state is called a "normally closed contact".

3. Release spring
The release of Beryllium Spring for Relay is an important component of the relay. Its function is to keep the contact system disconnected without the action of electromagnetic force. When the coil is energized, the magnetic field force will overcome the elastic force of the release spring and close the contact system; when the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, and the elastic force of the release spring will disconnect the contact system.
